My name is Jim Johnsen, and I have been a realtor in the Sacramento region since 2007. I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento. I worked for over 40 years planning out infrastructure for new residential and commercial projects, which provided great insights on the growth in this area. Working in the fields of Engineering and Real estate has provided me with a unique set of skills to help people make well informed decisions. I have lived in the Rocklin - Lincoln area for the last 38 years, with the last 5 years living in Del Webb Lincoln Hills. My wife and I truly love this resort style living in Sun City Lincoln hills.
