Hi, I’m Terry Raisley — a full-time Realtor® proudly serving Lincoln, CA and the surrounding communities. With a foundation built on service, integrity, and results, I bring a lifetime of experience and values to every real estate transaction.

 

I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran who served during Desert Storm. Following my military service, I spent 35 successful years as an agency owner with Nationwide and Allstate Insurance. During that time, I earned a reputation for client advocacy, honesty, and delivering results — values I carry forward in my real estate career.

 

Licensed since 2016 and now working in real estate full-time, I leverage my expertise in contracts, risk management, and negotiation to help clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions: buying or selling a home.

 

On a personal note, I’ve been happily married for over 40 years. My wife and I are proud parents of four children and grandparents to eleven amazing grandchildren. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, volunteering at our church, and spending quality time with my family.
